GI User Audit Log Database System

Access Database User Audit Database logoAdd User Audit Logging to any New or Existing Microsoft Access Database. Don’t be left  wondering who deleted your import database information.

The GI User Audit Log Database System tracks user’s activity in any Access Database, and saves the logs to an external database for auditing as required. It is arguably the most comprehensive Access Database User audit logging systems available, yet designed to seamlessly integrate with any new or existing Microsoft Access Desktop Database (MS Access versions 2007 to 2013), with little or no Access Database Design knowledge required.

The GI Access Database User Audit system uses the Microsoft Access Database Form events to log user’s changes: adding new records, deleting records and updating existing records. For security, user changes are logged to an external Access database and are immediately available for auditing or review via powerful built in tools. You can even export all or a subset of the logs for further analysis.

  • Quick and easy installation, usually takes less than 20 minutes.
  • Designed for both Access Database single file, or front-end/back-end operating configurations
  • Operates in shared Multi User Access database environments.
  • Logs user activity on bound Forms and Sub Forms in any Microsoft Access Database (2007 – 2013).
  • Changes made on Sub Forms record the Parent form name and record ID.
  • Logs data changes made in Text fields, Combo boxes, List Boxes, Check boxes and Option Groups.
  • Logs whenever a user adds a new record or deletes an existing record.
  • Integrates with most standard methods of user tracking employed in Microsoft Access Databases.
  • If no existing User tracking method is employed, the audit system captures the Windows Username currently logged into the PC.
  • Log records are stored to an external Microsoft Access database, for security and to avoid bloating your existing database.
  • The User Audit Log recording database includes built-in functions enabling comprehensive auditing and maintenance of user logs.

  • Designed for Microsoft Access Database 2007 to 2013.
  • Access Database local server/desktop database application.
  • Design access (accdb) to your Microsoft Access Database is required to implement.
  • Installations requires little or no knowledge of MS Access design depending on your current Microsoft Access Database’s structure.  (see installation instructions)
